Proctor and Gamble (P&G) has appointed Pride Distributors as a registered Distributor for Indore & Vidhabha, Jalgaon region. We are the suppliers of home products like Shampoos, washing powder, sanitary napkins, razors & blades etc for the company Proctor and Gamble. The company supplies us the required stocks of all the products in the company portfolio for reselling it to wholesalers, retailers and big stores like Big Bazaar and D-Marts. The company provides us with a gross margin, reach discount and performance incentive on the complete stock. This covers all our expenses and the net profit. The expenses mainly include salaries, transportation, rents, travelling, staff expenses, interest, depreciation, etc.

In M.P we have 13 branches ( Indore, Ujjain, Dewas, Nagda, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Khargone, Dhar, Jhabua, Pithampur, Badwah, Badwani )

We have appointed salesmen who book daily orders for all the Proctor and Gamble Products from the respective markets and punch them daily at their respective branches. The stocks are held at all the branches. We deliver these stocks the next day as per availability of the stocks at our branches. We have appointed delivery boys who deliver these stocks daily to all our retailer and wholesalers. From the branches to the Retailer’s premises we hire smaller vehicles namely Tata Ace and Ape. 

All the branches have a Branch Manager/In charges who are responsible for the complete working of the branch. The Branch In charge is further supported by system officers who punch in all the orders received by the salesmen in their respective branches into the computer. The branch Incharge also has a warehouse In charge below him who looks after the stocks in the warehouse and maintains the inventory. The delivery boys in all the branches deliver stocks in the market as per the orders taken by the salesmen the previous day and collect outstanding payments from these retailers.

All these branches send daily reports to the Head Office regarding Sales, Stocks, Collections, and Payments or expenses if any. All this data is collated at the Head Office by the respective Head of 5 different Departments namely, Sales Department, Human Resource Department, I.T. Department, Finance Department and Logistics Department. All the data is scrutinized and cross checked by each of these department heads to make sure all the functioning at all the branches is happening smoothly and promptly. Apart from the collation of daily reporting, all the legal compliances, reporting to Proctor and Gamble and regular Audits of all the branches is done by the Head of the Departments at the Head Office.
