Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and preserve robust relationships with existing and capable customers.

Provide customized banking answers based on customer needs and possibilities.

Address customer queries and worries directly, making sure high stages of consumer pleasure.

Field Activities:

Plan and execute daily field activities including visits to residential areas, business establishments, and community centers to generate leads.

Organize and participate in promotional occasions, roadshows, and network sports to boost emblem visibility.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all income activities comply with banking regulations and internal guidelines.

Maintain correct and up-to-date records of patron interactions, income sports, and transactions.

Assist with the documentation and processing of consumer programs and make sure it is a well-timed final touch.
