Responsibilities:
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
· Understand the needs of your business customers
· Research the market and related/competitive products
· Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
· Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
· Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
· Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential customers
· Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
· Gather market and customer information
· Check the quantities of goods on display and in stock
· Timely and accurate reporting
· Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
· Feed future buying trends back to employers
· Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
· Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
· Supporting the finance function in money collection
· Ensure and constantly improve client experience
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
· Regional Language of the area + Basic English-speaking skills would be preferable
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Good presentation skills
