1. Manage assigned retailers and build good relationship with them.
2. Communicate daily offers with them through broadcast etc. methods
3. Ensure all the smartphone retailers in the assigned area are on-boarded.
4. Training and detailed demonstration to on-boarded retailers on Assisted applications, Sales Platform, POS, processes & revenue earning with business potential.
5. Monitor Active Vs Onboarded JMD Stores who are doing Business with us on a daily basis.
6. Visit Retail stores daily as per route plan for JMD store engagement.
7. Driving transactions as per target, implementation of trade schemes, rollout & educating the retailer on consumer promotion.
8. JMD Offer should also act as First person Responsible for all Query / Issues for JMD/ Device retailers and act as Merchant Care agent.
9. Responsible for driving Sellout for all category of Products.
10. Handle assigned territory.
