Responsible for all Contractors/Architects/Builders - Acquisition, Growth & Retention
Sales Management - Concept sale, Consultative selling, BOQ optimization.
Explain schemes and offers, handle customer queries, drive self-ordering, customer relationship management.
Building potential contractors/Architects database through reference
Be good in Communication to bring in more clients.
Conducting market surveys to zero in on prospective clients, who may be builders, contractors, engineers, and architects.
Ability to be convincing and negotiate deals.
A sound knowledge about all aspects of product that the company sells and good knowledge about the requirements of the construction industry.
Efficient and systematic in work.
Maintain good interpersonal & long-term relationships with clients.
