Roles and responsibilities:
Close new deals at a high rate.
Build relationships with new and existing customers.
Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Maintain records of all sales leads or customer accounts.
Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products.
Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need.
Meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.
Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field
Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
Exceptional customer service skills
Capable of achieving allotted sales targets.
Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management
Proficient in MS Office Tools
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented individual
Candidate should be from the Bangalore location.
