Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Close new deals at a high rate.

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.

  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.

  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Maintain records of all sales leads or customer accounts.

  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.

  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.

  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

  • Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products.

  • Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need.

  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.

  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.

  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.

 

Requirements:

 

  • BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field

  • Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Capable of achieving allotted sales targets.

  • Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management

  • Proficient in MS Office Tools

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented individual

  • Candidate should be from the Bangalore location.
