OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for helping prospective students in building their educational career in the crucial moment of transition for a future pathway decision to build their careers.

He/ She will assist and advise prospective students by helping them to identify the most coherent choice with their aspirations, attitudes, skills and motivations. It defines and modulates its relationship with the prospect using different tools taking into account the different needs.

Once the course has been identified , the management of the prospective student shifts to the admission advisor on campus which takes care of future enrolment procedures.

An ideal candidate for this role is expected to perform, but not limited to, the below-mentioned job functions:

Liaising with the Admissions department and managing students' admission process
Exporting, conducting and updating reports on Excel (Pipeline, deposit report)
Compiling presentations on PPT for management meetings
To prepare, assist and deliver the tools and excel presentations/reports
Liaising between the students, admissions, and agents
To provide management with relevant data
To administer agent accounts and produce reports on their performance in response to management accounts
Conduct recall activities for student applicants.

Requirements:

A full-time degree (any specialisation)
2+ years of experience handling Student Admissions (preferable)
