Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive
Products to handle: Lasers and Laser Optics, Welding Cameras
Qualification - BE / Diploma - Non software stream
Experience - 0- 2 years
Should be proficient in English and Hindi.
Work from office: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and networking.

Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Engagement:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present the company's products/services.

Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Regularly follow up with clients to address any concerns and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for both parties.

Work closely with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet the client's requirements.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and challenges.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment of strategies.
