  • We have urgent opening for Business Development Executive / Field Executive 
  • Location: Austin Town (Bangalore)
  • Experience: 0-3Years
  • Working Days: Mon-Sat (5 Days)
JOB SUMMARY:
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Business Development Executive / Telecallers /  Sales Associates will be the growth engine of the company reporting to the Department Head. 
  • She/he will have a hunter instinct and be working closely together with a team of like-minded executives to achieve monthly target and generate new business. 
  • If you like chasing targets, and wish to have a career in Telecom / FMCG / Banking Sales, this is the ideal opportunity for you
Job Description:
  • 0-2 Yrs Hands on exp in B2B / B2C Direct Sales/ Field Sales.
  • Should be responsible for sales of  FMCG / Banking / Telecom Products.
  • Should be a very good team player & work closely with the team.
  • Good communication skills
  • Presentable
  • Generate sales of company products
  • Conduct market visits
  • FMCG Sales
  • Each sales target will be awarded with good incentives and thus the more our employee does, the more they take.
Desired Candidate Profile:  
  • Must have excellent communication skills to communicate confidently with Purchase Manger/ Branch Manager / Vendor / Client.
  • Must have positive attitude towards work and carries fear free approach in dealing with clients / Vendors.
  • Must be psychologically smart and intelligent.
Education:
  • SSLC
  • II PUC
  • Any Degree (Excluding Engineering and Science  Degree)
  • Salary : INR 1,75,000 - 3,25,000 P.A. Excluding Incentives and other allowance.
  • Industry :FMCG / Telecom / Banking Services.
