Role and Responsibilities:
Offline Sales & Marketing : Proactively engage with potential customers in the market to promote Shivafinz banking products and services. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into active customers. Flyers distribution, participating in events.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions. Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about banking products and services.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers. Stay updated on changes and updates to the bank's offerings and convey this information to customers.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Kannada is mandatory. Persuasive and confident with a customer-focused approach.
Must have : Only Kannada & English speaking candidates must apply with any other regional language. Two wheeler is mandatory.
