Roll & Goal– 

Broadly your role and goal will be to create and handle a worthy network of Wholesalers & Retails for Company’s Solar & Lighting Products and Services through various sales activities as per Company discretion.

 Overall Target - 

Your initial monthly Sales Target is Rs. 2.5 Lakh per month. 

Your minimum average Daily Target is Rs.10000.00 and to perform minimum 10 Customers Physical Meetings per Working Day. 

Only meetings with New or Under Process Dealers will be considered.

It should be mandatory to complete requisite Targets.

• Close new deals at a high rate.
• Build relationships with existing customers.
• Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
• Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
