a) Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
b) Networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and
partner organizations
c) Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; also
maintaining and updating customer databases
d) Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers,
newsletters, e-newsletters and arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
e) Providing support, information, and guidance to customers
f) Identifying product improvements by remaining up-to-date on industry trends, market
activities, and competitors
g) Keeping the management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily
call reports, weekly work plans; and monthly and annual territory analysis
h) Contributing to team effort and achieving individual goals, thereby achieving the
organization’s goal.
