Key Responsibilities- Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements- Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school degree; BS/BA in business or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
