Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the road safety sector.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including government agencies, construction companies, and private sector businesses.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our road safety products and services, including traffic management systems, road signs, safety barriers, and more, to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships, including addressing any issues or concerns.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, and with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.
