Skills/Requirement

·       Should be passionate about retail and Retail Tech.

·       Should have the ability to identify opportunities and potential leads.

·       Should be a quick learner of technology-product.

·       Good tele-communication skills with decent experience in retail technology.

·       Good convincing power.

·       Having patience in dealing with difficult clients.

·       Good communication skills in either Hindi or English. Preferably both.

·       Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Roles and Responsibilities

·       To identify the potential market.

·       To generate lead by calling or visiting the potential customer.

·       To constantly monitor Competitor strategies.

·       Updating oneself with new changes in retail tech and implementing strategies accordingly.

·       Hitting the sales monthly target.

·       Good work ethic with interest in market visit sales and telesales.

·       Learning usage of POS, CRM, and other features in retail software.

·       Maintaining a daily sales report and preparing future decisions on the analysis of the report.
