RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Formulate strategies for approaching patients
• Create new leads
• Report directly to the cluster manager provide regular updates about on ground experience about leads
and follow up customers
• Approach potential clientele to establish relationships
• Foster and deepen relations with potential patients
• Direct one to one customer dealing with the patients
• Visitation of hospital for lead generation
• Relationship building amongst the hospital network
• Documentation uploading (KYC documents) as per loan process
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in sales sector
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude
• Aptitude and charisma for nurturing positive relationships
• Client-oriented mindset
• Target oriented
• Convience is a must
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Presentable (Formal dress up)
• Good with numbers (mathematical knowledge is must)
SCHEDULE and COMPENSATION: 6 days a week (up to 55 hours per week)
Salary: 14k – 17k
