AD Consultancy

The candidates are from Retail sales, Banking Sales, E- Commerce getting preference.

The Role of Business development Manager/ Sales Manager/ Sales Executive is to appoint Distributors for assigned area, train & handhold distributors regarding their day to day operations, manage Distributors business and supervise local market campaign. Reconcile Distributors payout, align local merchants/retailers with the distributor and update regarding ongoing offers.

Applicant should be from similar industry (e-commerce) or having experience in handling and appointing Distributors and retailers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Regular working in the field to ensure targets achievement, commitment and motivation.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of POP materials & other promotional items. * Counselling of distributors and retailers when required.
  • Submit reports regularly to the Sales Manager/ DGM/ Director.
  • Develop and implement long term business plans.
  • Develop and nurture business relationships with key customers.
  • Achieve the monthly and annual operating plan/targets.
