Roles and Responsibilities
Product knowhow
- Develop a solid product knowledge during product training
- Understand who are the potential customers for Mswipe
- Qualify post-training assessment program
- Develop an understanding of various proprietary and 3rd party solutions applicable in this industry
Market knowhow and sales
- Get a download of geography-wise sales plans from your supervisor
- Approach retail outlets and explain benefits of Mswipe POS machines
- Visit dealer locations and sell Mswipe POS card swiping machines
- Sell machines to grocery shops, and stores that use online payment and those which accept cards (credit and debit cards)
- Raise awareness, advertise and drive selling volumes of the product
- Identify new opportunities and new sales target for business enhancement
Market intelligence gathering
- Note each customer, dealer’s contact information in the google form provided
- Note which products are the customers using
- Note down general and specific customer queries
- Assist in managing Relationships with Dealers and Customers
- Assist in handling Partner queries and maintains a relationship
- Generate quality referrals from customers
Min Qualification and requirements
- An undergraduate degree is preferred
- A diploma in a similar field can be considered
- 1 - 3 Years in field sales (Previous exposure in selling fintech products preferred)
- You should be able to converse in the local language
- You should come across as polite, assertive and professional
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product and of existing competitor products post-training
- Demonstrate which product fits with which customer post-training
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the kind of customer queries even before your first stint on the field
Gig (work) timings
- Preferred timings are when a business opens (1000-1800)
- Monday to Friday ( an alternate arrangement can be worked out if interested on weekends only )
Earning potential
- Minimum guarantee: INR 7000
- Payout potential up to INR 25,000 a month based on selling effort
