• Explaining and demonstrating features of product to Doctors, hospitals etc.
• Implement business plans and related activities in line with company goals like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives.
• Have a understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of product.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship.
• Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics in line with company goals.
• Research and analyse data on market trends, new market opportunities / directions, and competitive moves to inform business strategy
• Develop detailed competitive and market views through compilation of data from multiple sources including primary and secondary market research, sales, marketing, and internal /external data sources
• Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescale
• Good enough to organize camps
• Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers.
