Job Description

We are looking for freshers who completed BBA / MBA for the position of Field Sales Executive (B2B Sales).
Location: Hyderabad
Positions open: 4
Salary : 3.0 LPA (Plus TA  & DA)
Working days : 5 Days a Week 

Below is the Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Field Sales Executive to assist our sales team in driving the sales of our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions across India. As an Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow their sales skills, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of the MDM market.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for MDM solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold-calling, referrals, visiting and networking.

Assist in conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our MDM solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales head and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of MDM solutions to customers.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and make recommendations for product improvements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information using our CRM system.

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong desire to learn and grow sales skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Basic understanding of the MDM market and an eagerness to learn more about the challenges and opportunities within the industry.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
