Job Responsibilities:

• A person who can handle the assigned Area, Territory Independently.
  
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  
• Manage channel partners for optimal results. Educate them on the process. Show demo’s.   
  
• Establishing , maintaining and building good rapport with Channel Partners
  
• Completing shop to shop visits within the agreed timelines. Meet end clients whenever possible.
  
• Ensure to meet disbursal targets, month on month.
  
• Co-ordinate with the customer service, back end team for smoother process and aim for resolution of every query to maximize disbursal.
  

Qualifications and Years of Experience

• Any UG ( Minimum 12th pass ) / Graduate
  
• Years of Experience- 6 months to 5 Years in Channel sales
  

Preferred Skills

• Good communication skills, Good convincing/presentation skills.
  
• Go better attitude with prior achievements appreciated.
  
• Team player should be able to work under pressure.
  
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Mobile based applications and Loan products will be an added advantage
  
• Knowledge of the local territory and language is preferred.
