Purpose
Goals & Deliverables:
Generate 6-8 quality prospects a day, schedule about 5 demos per day with a pipeline value of Rs.1 lac per day for the field sales managers by doing 50 unique engagements in a day within assigned territory & business verticals
Run minimum 1 campaign each day to reach out to existing leads in the assigned area to generate as many prospects from them
Meet existing customers in the area you are doing demand generation and get minimum 1 reference per customer per day
Generate 2 partner lead per day when you come across hardware vendors, web designers, and other relevant vendors in the market you are working
Continuously improving the lead to prospect ratio, the prospect to demo ratio, the prospect to decision ratio, the campaign success ratio and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month on month basis
Making every prospect experience the product and continuously improving the number of apps/applications experienced per prospect on a month on month basis. Daily minimum 8 mobile app installations and 2 trail installation of desktop solutions are expected
Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all the leads and prospects engagements.
