JOB DESCRIPTION 

• POSITION : SALES OFFICER/ OFFICER
• Location: Erode, Salem, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Namakkal

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Selling of SLI (Microfinance) plans to targeted clients.
• Deals in micro Finance.
• Finding the prospective customers
• Achieve targets as per given by the team leaders
• Undertake survey & identify areas – villages / wards on market potential Client Acquisition & Financial Literacy
• Collection of clients’ profile & assessment of clients.
• Create baseline information about the SHG / JLG.
• Opening of accounts for the Group / members with the bank.
• Preparing the loan agreement and coordination for loan processing Monthly Call Visit
• Attend monthly call visit at the place of customer
• Complete call visit report.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Freshers
• Experience candidates from BFSI and NBFC background are preferred.
