Qualifications or Skill Required:
- Candidate
must possess Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree from a reputed institution.
- 3-4
years of relevant work experience of FMCG channel sales, Homecare
- New
channel development.
- Ready to travel when it is required.
- Conversant
with the use of MS office
- Should
have good back ground of Territorial knowledge, Sale chain system,
Launching of Company & Good Market Reputation.
- Excellent
mail drafting skill
- Excellent
communication skill
- Good
leadership skill
Responsibilities: _
- Responsible
for new channel appointment and development in given district wise and
town wise.
- Responsible
for beat planning and implementation.
- Responsible
for appointment of team and training.
- Responsible
for team target, growth and planning.
- Responsible
for strengthening quality dealer channel with the help of his team.
- Should
keep motivating his team members and dealers to achieve desired targets.
- Must
participate in development activities with his team members on periodic
basis and to guide them for improvements.
- Responsible
for timely reporting of daily/weekly/Monthly, expense reports,
competitors’ activities, area /market information and update management
with all important happenings in his area and by his team on company pre
designed format.
- Should
visualize and propose the products to achieve higher volumes to increase
penetration and the market share.
- Responsible
for monthly primary/secondary and closing from the sale channel.
- Responsible
for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly targets given by company.
- Responsible
for controlling the expenses of the region within the allocated budget.
- Should
be Good Leader with good Market hold.
