As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients in your assigned territory. This role requires you to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. You will also oversee end-to-end execution management, ensuring that sales activities align with the company’s operational standards and goals.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms are favorable to the company and the customer.
End-to-End Sales Execution:
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of sold products/services.
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, progress, and results.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Market Intelligence:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market dynamics, and sales opportunities.
End-to-End Execution Management:
- Oversee the implementation of sales strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and customer onboarding.
- Manage any logistical or operational issues that arise during the sales process.
Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and end-to-end execution management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
