• Improve sales performance through relationship management.
• Managing distribution network
• Coordinate with Area Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.
• Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
• Building new leads with Retailers and Salons
• Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
• Reaching the sales targets and goals set for your area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Eligibility: Able to perform Field Sales
• Communication skills to be excellent
• Able to communicate in English
• Minimum experience: 1yr in Color Cosmetic Industry
