Field Sales Executive Responsibilities:
Developing in-depth knowledge of digital products, features and its benefits.
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, messages, emailing and visiting the client.
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
Generate the leads by calling and visiting the client.
Meet the Client and explain the service details and try to convince the client.
Follow up the leads and made conversions
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers through exceptional after-sales service.
Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of the sales cycle.
Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Proven sales experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Self motivated and driven
Exceptional customer service skills.
