Job Summary
Biomass Lab (biomasslab.in) is looking for an energetic sales/marketing professional with a background in Agriculture sales in Shamli region. This role will oversee the sales and marketing of our agriculture products (Pesticides & Growth Promoters).
Responsibilities and Duties

• Achieve Sales targets for Shamli region. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively across the Shamli District.
• Build dealer networks & work closely with dealers to grow business in their areas.
• Engage with dealers on a regular basis, coach them and monitor them.
• Assist dealer to conduct product demos and trials with farmers and resolve field issues.
• Educate dealers & farmers on the benefits of our products.
• Order follow-up with headquarter for on-time dispatch & delivery.
• Payment collection from Dealers.
• Report timely to Managing Director and Headquarter.
• Should have a bike and resident of Shamli.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate from Agriculture.
• 1-2 year experience in selling agricultural pesticides/growth promoters.
• Must have a bike to commute.
