Job Description

Job Role: Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory via the door-to-door sales method.
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Build long lasting client relationships.
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and requirements and educate them on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Represent the brand during all existing and prospective customer interactions.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.


    Requirements:

  • High school diploma. Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Basic computer use competency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to think on their feet.
  • Good time-management skills.
