Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and Develop the market for Company’s products and services:
  • Area survey and prepare community
  • Carry out business assessment in operational area based on the community profile and furnish to BM for approval.
  • Obtain leads and identify potential business opportunities in operational area assigned by the
  • Conduct / Organize promotional meetings in assigned areas in line with process described in the operations
  • Conduct meetings with prospective client’s / training meetings and recommend suitable groups to BM

Ensure good quality clients through adherence of prescribed process:

  • Orient and train the clients as per the prescribed
  • Organize Appraisal, schedule disbursements and collections to ensure that the prescribed timeline is adhered
  • Zero error tolerance for variation in loan processes, including, training, documentation, and data entry and portfolio
  • Visiting customer’s house and business place, to monitor the use of loans and submit a written report on utilization of
  • Facilitating and motivating the clients regarding promotion of income generation

Ensure excellent Portfolio Quality and Client Loyalty:

  • Ensure 100% OTRR (On Time Repayment Rate).
  • Overdoes should be less than 0.5% of total loan portfolio outstanding managed by the
  • Total Portfolio at Risk (PAR) should be less than 0.5 %.
  • Monitor loan
  • Immediately take problem cases / frauds to the notice of ABM/BM
  • Responsibility for collection and follow up of overdue loans, wherever

Responsible for all portfolio documentation and any other, as designated by Branch Manager:

  • Assist customers in preparing loan application /
  • Review all customer

  • Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the ABM and the Branch Manager (BM).

Participate as an active member of the overall branch team:

  • Attend all staff

Community Relationships:

  • Build relationships with key individuals, MFIs, NGOs, CBOs in the assigned operational

  • Any other tasks/ role assigned from time to time by the Company depending on the needs of the company

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum HSC to Graduation. Fresher also can apply.
  • 0 to 3 Years experience in Micro Finance Domain
