Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within the assigned territory.
• Identify and prospect new retail accounts, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into active customers.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing retail partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our interior surface decor solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
• Adhere to ethical business practices, compliance standards, and legal regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the interior design, home decor, or building materials industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
