Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within the assigned territory.
Identify and prospect new retail accounts, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into active customers.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing retail partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our interior surface decor solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
Adhere to ethical business practices, compliance standards, and legal regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate
Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the interior design, home decor, or building materials industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
