Job Description-Field Sales Executive
1.Responsible for Achieving Sales Target.
2.Responsible for Door to Door Sales
3.Must reach on time for Morning Meeting @10 AM.
4.Responsible for Updating DSR by the end of the day.
5.Responsible for distribution of Brochures.
6.Responsible for customer making aware about the plan and convince them. On completion of sales he should be responsible to submit the copy. Making good relationship with existing and new customers.
- Sell the products/services using various customer sales methods (Foot on street, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database.
- Enter the activity/communication details in the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) or report to the team.
