We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will be personable, dynamic, and have experience in field sales. You will need to be able to build relationships with customers, identify their needs and offer them solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to reach and exceed quotas and goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to reach and exceed sales goals
• Develop relationships with customers, identify their needs and offer them solutions
• Follow up on leads and successfully close sales
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and industry trends
• Provide weekly sales reports to management
Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
