Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

• Achieve the targets set i.e weekly, monthly, or quarterly

• Build a strong network with the chemist and dentist too

• Give the training or demonstration to the chemist or to the dentist too

• Scheduling appointments with the chemist, pharmacists, and dentist too

• Solving the queries of customers and suggesting them the products according to their needs

• Updating the customers regarding the new products launched

• Maintaining the records of the sales done and also attain the targets set by coordinating with the team members

• Should have proper knowledge of the products and should design new offers or packages

• Demonstrating the products and follow up with the leads generated

• Should conduct the sales increasing activities such as events, exhibitions,s, and campaigns

• Forecast the sales and accordingly develop the strategies for sales

• Approach the appropriate and prospective clients

Required Qualities :-

• Good communication, soft-spoken and patience

• Result oriented and customer-focused

• Creative and innovative ideas should be developed

• Ethically worked should be done

• Passion of learning new things

• Target achiever and should be good listener along with good interpersonal skills

• Client relationships and presentation skills are necessary

• Confidence is required 

• Should be a good mediator and good negotiator too

Qualification :- Graduate (B.COM, BBI,BBA, BMS) / MBA

Experience:- Fresher to 1 Yr.
