Job Description

Prospecting For Clients: Actively Seek Out Potential Clients, Whether They Are Looking To Buy, Sell, Or Rent Property. This May Involve Cold-Calling, Advertising, Attending Networking Events, And Utilizing Social Media Platforms.

Listing Properties: Works With Sellers To List Their Properties For Sale. This Includes Taking Photos And Videos, Creating Property Descriptions, And Determining A Competitive Price For The Property.

Conducting Property Tours: Responsible For Showing Properties To Potential Buyers. They Must Be Knowledgeable About The Properties They Are Showing And Be Able To Answer Any Questions Buyers May Have.

Negotiating Contracts: Must Be Skilled Negotiators Who Can Help Their Clients Get The Best Possible Deal. They Negotiate The Terms Of The Sale Or Lease, Including The Price, Closing Date, And Any Contingencies.
