Job Responsibilities:

1. To handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and to take regular follow up with prospected customers.

2. To Generate Inquiries/Leads by own through references etc. as well as provided by the company.

3. To Fix Appointments and to meet the Customers personally with your immediate boss and to provide all the necessary information as and when required.

4. To Convince the Customers for site visit.

5. To Maintain DSR and to mail this report daily at office.

6. To do Market Research.

7. To help in closing sales.

Candidate’s Qualifications:

1. Must have Closing Skills, Convincing Approach and Motivation for Sales.

2. Personal Vehicle is Mandatory.

3. Should have atleast 1 yr of work experience in real estate sector.

4. Smart Phone is Mandatory.

5. Must have Good communication skills.

6. Should be able to work in a target based profile.

Educational Qualification: No bar.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:Day shift
