Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Responsible for identifying and onboarding rental properties
● Finding tenants for these properties, and managing the properties
● Ensure process adherence across different processes
● Engaging with leads through various communication channels to understand their needs and preferences
● Assisting in the negotiation and closing of deals with potential clients
● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
● Contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales department through proactive participation and innovative ideas
Key Requirements:
● 0-2 years of experience as a Field Sales executive.
● Must have own means of conveyance (Vehicle & License)
● Strong verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills.
● Knowledge of local language- an added advantage
● A candidate with a real estate background will be an added advantage
