Job Description
Required field sales executive for real estate company, candidate must have 2 wheeler like bike, scooty. If any previous experience for working real estate company then its good but fresher also welcome .
- Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales.
- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Relevant Experience in Real estate sector
- Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets
- Provide the best possible solution to customers.
- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
- Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Negotiate terms and close the deal.
- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
