Job Description
1. Candidate should be able to communicate in Marathi and Hindi. Any other language is a plus.
2. Able to plan daily visits to retail stores and give a demo of Food and Beverages products
3. Able to build a strong pipeline of prospect retail customers (Provision stores, Superstores, Meat shops etc.)
4. Covert the enquiries into Sales.
5. Able to meet the weekly and monthly targets consistently.
6. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
7. Meet personal and team sales targets
8. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
9. Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
10. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
11. Maintain and expand client database.
