Job Description

The candidate have to sale loans and provide the lead to the employee for that he has to visit customer place and convince the customer for take loan from paytm company it means you have to sell loan to the customer .

Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel.

Manage Category leads from qualification to closure.

Ensure the team members are present in a market where sales & usage are done regularly.

Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas.

Ensure monthly submissions and Disbursals numbers are being met.
