Will be going into the field extensively, meeting our dealers and representing few brands of tyres, explaining about the same technically and commercially. Once the dealer confirms his interest and is ready to place orders, the dealer will then will be connected to the concerned distribution sales executive who will service that dealer’s requirements.
Basically our distribution sales persons are not having sufficient time to spend at the dealer’s counter and not able to explain about a particular product/policy, since they have more number of dealers to cover in a day for regular orders and collections. Hence the need for Product sales Field Executives.
