Designation: Field Sales Executive (FSE)
Objectives of this Role
Represents TATA nexarc products and services, with a deep and comprehensive
understanding of the nexarc platform.
Contributes by persuading the SMEs/ Business owners to become our registered
customers
Increase reach and penetration of nexarc in the assigned cluster
Roles and responsibilities:
· Search and contact new SME clients in their respective cluster and generate daily
registrations in the assigned territory.
· Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation.
· Deal with local businesses, companies in the assigned cluster, register them on the
platform and educate them on benefits of doing the same.
· Creating a Sales pipeline by cold calling, requesting referrals, etc.
· Achieve the proposed targets under given timelines.
· Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory.
· Provide inputs to the TBH team on the challenges and feedback from customers.
· Provide increased understanding of the local territory.
· Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by managers.
Qualifications:
· Graduate or Post - Graduate in any stream.
Requirements and Skills:
· 2-3 years of work experience in Field Sales will be preferred.
· Should be ready to travel.
· Should be well versed with both Local Language and English.
· Age limit from 24 - 35 years.
· Ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
