Work with the city operations team on the field, responsible for onboarding new supply. This could be targeted to different modes - Auto, Moto, Cabs, etc.
Identify geographical locations for connecting with new drivers.
Reach out to the drivers use the Uber sales pitch to help them understand the offerings and benefits of driving on Uber's platform.
Help them with the onboarding process - documentation, ensure the seamless onboarding
Engage with drivers to ensure they take their first trip on the platform post onboarding
Engage with drivers onboarded in the past, but not taking rides to understand reasons for the same. Encourage such drivers to start driving on the platform again.
Typical role holder : 12th pass or higher education. Speaks local language (Hindi) fluently. Preferred if has worked in a field sales job - Payments Bank, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, Insurance etc. Having worked in similar role with competition an advantage.
