Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Promotional Activities:
Organize promotional events and camps in residential welfare associations (RWAs), Corporates and high walk-in areas to create awareness about Apollo Pharmacy products and services.
Interact with residents during these events like camps etc. (as per the marketing calendar), and persuade them to choose Apollo SBI Card and Insurance products.
