The Guardians Real Estate Advisory jobs - Field Sales

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enroll the CPs and provide all the necessary information of offers
2. Generate business from all the CP's
3. Support the brokers/agents (channel partners) with all necessary information and help them from tie-up to payments
4. Collate the feedback of the CPs and present it to the team leaders
5. Maintain reports and presentations with the head
6. Involve in various campaigns to attract more brokers/agents (channel partners) to generate more business
7. Manage the relationship till the sale materializes or it reaches a logical conclusion
8. Seek guidance and support from the reporting manager to close the sale
9. Operate within the price bands approved for the different properties
10. Work closely with other internal teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and delivery
11. Work on generating possible referrals from assigned priority relationships and other sources
12. Stay updated on product/project status and knowledge
13. Track and monitor the competition and market trends
14. Work continuously to improve knowledge and understanding of the field
15. Share knowledge and information with the team
16. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system
17. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
18. Focus on enhancing your own sales effectiveness and self-improvement goals Identify specific goals and action plans to achieve focused growth and development
