Job Description

Job Description is as follows:
• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients 
• Research and identify new market opportunities 
• Building an on-going relationship with clients and new potential clients. 
• Interacting with the customer, understanding their design requirements, and presenting product and design with Design Coordinators. 
• Visiting the client site, proposing of design, quotation and presentation. 
• Interacting with the site coordinator and ensuring that the site is ready for installations. 
• Interacting and building the brand with Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate Developers etc. 
• Maintaining the ethics and ethos of the company. 
• Maintaining the quality and high standards promoted by the company. 
• Promoting the business to architects, builders, pmcs and other potential vendors. 
• Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team.
 
Requirements : 
Qualification : Bachelors/Masters Degree in Sales and Marketing 
Experience : 5 plus years experience in Field Sales (high value products & working exp with architects/interior designer/builders) 
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written (English, Tamil) – English verbal communication should be very good 
Excellent interpersonal skills Willingness to travel  
Two wheeler/four wheeler mandatory
