Responsibilities: 

Field Sales Management Experience is required.
Support the learning and development of the sales team
Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
Track and report all sales activities
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Agency Development Experience is preferred

Qualifications:

Candidate Should have stayed in Ghaziabad, for at least 3 Years in the city itself.
The frequent changes will not be considered
Experience managing sales teams
Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preference:

Agency Development Experience is preferred
Insurance Sales Management Experience will be preferred
