Job Description of FSO – Field Sales Officers
1. Responsible for driving penetration by onboarding retailers serviced by the wholesalers (under the PRIDE program) in their defined territory, explain the benefits & resolve issues related to the program.
2. Driving the PRIDE program by ensuring that wholesalers and retailers do the transaction (scanning and approvals) on PRIDE app to register their sales.
3. Visiting Tag dealers individually or along with wholesalers in consultation with reporting managers to ascertain the wholesale service level / market serviceability to identify gaps or requirements of tag dealers.
4. Mapping of stores selling fabric & tailors for the defined geography to have a continuous updated database.
5. Periodic Market visits to give inputs regarding the competition / new market developments / any market requirements.
6. Driving wholesalers’ secondary sales thus ensuring growth.
