Responsibilities:
1) Market Penetration:
· Identify and target key accounts within assigned territory.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2) Product Knowledge:
· Possess in-depth knowledge of Navani Meditex products and stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ products.
· Conduct Product demonstrations and training sessions for external customers (Healthcare Professions/ Distributors etc)
3) Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision – makers, healthcare providers and influencers.
· Address Customers engagement, concerns and provide appropriate solution in a timely manner.
4) Sales Presentation:
· Deliver compelling and persuasive presentation to showcase the value proposals of our product line.
· Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs or individual customers.
5) Collaboration:
· Work closely with the internal team, including marketing, customer support and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6) Market Analysis:
· Conduct thorough market reach to identify opportunities, market trends and potential area for growth.
· Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market condition and competitors activities.
7) Reporting:
· Maintain and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and market intelligence.
· Generate regular reports on sales performance and present findings to the management trend.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors’ degree , Masters or a related field
· Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, regulations and compliance.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with customer.
· Self-Motivated, with proactive and result driven approach.
