Job Description

A Field Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing new prospects, negotiating with them, and closing sales deals. Standard deliverables include meeting sales quotas, positive customer relations, and increasing company revenue.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-adding solutions.
Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.
Maintain and expand customer database by ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information on the company CRM system.
Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to gain insight into the market and expand the company's reach.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers.
